Powered bySo, on your day-to-day, one of the first things you'll do when you start your week is going to be checking any emails that came through from customers over the weekend. Now, generally that doesn't sound that exciting, but what you do have to do is connect different departments from all over the world. You need to find those solutions, so that means that you might not have the solution at hand. You're going to connect to somebody that's sitting in America or the UK. You can discuss the problem at hand and then give the solution to the customer. It's a bit unique within Bob because we're a global company. We care about people, so one of the first things you need to do is speak with somebody. You need to talk to somebody and find out how to solve issues.
