What is your day to day like at HiBob?

So my first week at Highbob was a very new environment for me. I had just graduated from college, coming out of COVID times, or everything was over Zoom. I hadn't really been in an office environment in a very long time. And meeting all the C-level managers, even our CEO, for the first time during my first week, it seemed a bit overwhelming at first. But honestly, everyone kept wanting to know more about me and asking me questions to learn my name, make sure that they were correct about using my pronouns, and making sure that everyone was as welcoming as they could be, because it's my first day, and that's the culture at Highbob. Every day is a day to learn something new about your coworkers, and to interact whether about work or in a casual and just fun environment. And that's why I really love coming to work every day at Highbob.
